At Craft Club, we want you to love your home decor as much as we loved creating it. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

Package Your Items

Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused condition.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
